Shipping Policy

Standard shipping

Most of our shipments are sent with USPS and have a transit time of 7-10 days.

For items over 1 pound, we do offer a faster service with FedEx Ground.

If multiple products are ordered they may ship separately.

Shipping notifications are always sent via email but are
sometimes filtered to the junk/spam folder.

If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Mala will refund your order less the shipping fees. You will be contacted and can place another order if you choose to do so.

Because Paw Balance uses outside services to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping speeds.

Returns

Please contact our customer service team if you are unhappy with your Paw Balance purchase and would like to return it. Please note we do not allow returns for consumable items, however you may qualify for a full refund instead. Please read our refund policy here.
